It’s time to wise up online! Today we’re going to talk about defining your business goals. No one plans to fail, they just fail to plan. Business goals really set the stage for marketing success.

 

Natasha:
The business owners who take the time to set goals for their marketing, and have one-on-one calls with their marketing partners like us at Netsertive, do 2-3 times better than those who don’t.

Sure. SMART goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. If you own an automotive dealership, an example of a specific goal might be that I want to sell 40 more cars a month. Or I want 10 or 20 more calls from high intent customers who are ready to buy.

One way to measure your goals is with website conversions. For the next 30 days my goal is to ask every customer who comes into my business where they heard about us or did research to find us.

Makes sense. You need to think about the products, services and brands you sell and what you have in your store or on your car lot today. The ask yourself which makes you the highest margin.

Natasha:
